Snail Mail

As mentioned previously, there is definitely a granny side of me. Old soul, if you will. Among loving things like chintz prints, lipsticks, grocery shopping, and quiet places, I love to write hand written notes. I know that the world these days evolve around the internet and email - trust me, I email all day long at work - but there is nothing as special as getting a note in the mail. Especially now, a hand written card really shows that you care and put your thought into it. I always have stationery in hand to be able to write a thank you card or just-because card.
You can usually find pretty cute stationery at Target or Papyrus (love that store, by the way) but if you are looking for something more personalized and unique, Etsy is where it's at. I am also a fan of Paper Source, where you can find reasonably priced notes that can be personalized.
If you need help sorting through the ever complicated world of Etsy, here are a few of my favorites!
(I have used this shop mentioned above many times for our wedding. Her shop not only has thank you cards in every version you could ever imagine that you would need for your wedding, but she also has prints, menus, escort cards, tags, you name it. She is so helpful and sweet - not to mention the quality is amazing.
Are any of you out there old fashioned like me when it comes to hand written notes?
