Unfortunately, I don't have many excuses in my life to wear a dress.  So I may be one of the only people that really looks forward to my husband's end of year work party, just so I have an excuse to wear something that's a little more exciting. I'm really feeling royal blue this year -- it can be worn any time of year and flatters almost any skin tone (including translucent which is what I would call mine in winter).
