Nothing says Southern better than monograms.  Lately it has become more of a trend and we are seeing it literally everywhere.  Bedding, jewelry, office accessories, shoes, home decor, etc.  However, I think if you are able to use it in moderation in your home, it can add the perfect touch to any room.  We purchased this large monogram to use as a part of our wedding decor.  Now it hangs above our bed and it is just the right, Southern accent.

There are so many other ways to display your wooden monogram.  We purchased ours on Etsy- you can find them in so many different sizes and styles.  We ended up buying a plain wood one and spray painted it.

via Can we talk about how adorable this baby room is above? And look at those pups! So sweet.

But when it comes to displaying your initials around  your home, I especially love the monogrammed pillows.  There are so many different variations to fonts, patterns, and sizes.  I mean, what better way to personalize your room?  My mother in law has gotten into monogramming these days so I may need her to work on some euro shams for us :)
