I recently read this article on Domaine Home on alternative nightstands.  It didn't occur to me that not everyone uses other furniture items besides nighstands as nightstands.  We currently have a traditional nightstand on one side of our bed and a dresser on the other side.  I've even had a desk as a bedside table as well. There are so many unique furniture items out there these days that you can use any piece beside your bed and get creative with your space.  I think this goes for any room in the house.  If you are looking for a different way to decorate your bedside, here are some ideas that I love.  Do you have any unique "nightstands" that you are using right now?
